The current budget line will implement the visibility, transparency, and communication activities set for implementation in the conditions and requirements defined in Chapter III "Visibility, transparency, and Communication" and Annex IX of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, art. . 36 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1058 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in the published materials on visibility, transparency and communication at https://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/information-sources/logo-download-center_en. When implementing the information and communication measures, the measures and requirements, specified in the "National Communication Strategy", are also taken into account, including also the Appendix "Beneficiaries’ Manual for Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules 2021-2027". Under budget line BG16M1OP001-5.002-0011 "Promotion of OPTTI and PTS by organizing public events" with a period of implementation from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, public events about OPTTI and organization of Monitoring Committees for PTS were planned. After a procedure carried out under the Public Procurement Act with the subject "Organization of events for the needs of PTS 2021-2027 and OPTTI 2014-2020", contract D-7/ 20.02.2023 was concluded, and part of the sum under the contract was spent on events organized under OPTTI for the period from 01.01.2023 to 01.11.2023, the rest of the funds under the contract will be spent on events under PTS and will be financed from PTS.
