Funding of activities that include external expertise for the needs of the Managing Authority of Transport Connectivity Programme 2021-2027 (MA of TCP 2021-2027), among which: 1.Technical assistance and consulting services: Consultancy, studies, analysis, sociological and other researches, preparation and actualization of documents, translation and provision of specialized information and expertise; verification of expenses, reported in requests for mid-term and final payments, as well as approval of advanced payment, in which the Managing Authority is a beneficiary. 2. Assessments conduction: - Reports on EIA and/ or other specific topics related to TCP 2021-2027; - Assessment of the impact and implementation of both programmes - final for OPTTI 2014-2020 and intermediate for TCP 2021-2027 and its contribution towards the EU strategy, incl. also future programme periods. 3. Engagement of lecturers and institutions: Engagement of lecturers and institutions from the country and abroad for conducting lectures, seminars and others, designed to upgrade and supplement the existing knowledge and skills of the employees at the Managing Authority of TCP 2021-2027, the beneficiaries, the members of the Monitoring Committee and the partners. The starting date for the project activities is 10 February, 2023. For Contract No 6/2023 the admissibility period is from the date of signing the contract - 10 February 2023, for all other external services the addmissible period is January 1st, 2024.
