Project "Rehabilitation, overhaul and modernization of Varna and Razgrad Traction Power Stations, and construction of Ruse Traction Power Station and introduction of a system for remote control and telesignaling - SCADA, Phase 2" is a phase of a global project "Rehabilitation, overhaul and modernization of Varna and Razgrad Traction Power Stations, and construction of Ruse Traction Power Station and introduction of a system for remote control and telesignaling - SCADA". The project covers the modernization of 3 TPS located on the main Ruse-Varna railway line, a part of the comprehensive TEN-T. The project includes the implementation of the following main activities: 1. Planning and design 2. Construction TPS Razgrad - renovation of the TPS building and related activities TPS Ruse - construction of the TPS building and construction of all necessary facilities within the substation 3. Delivery and installation of facilities and equipment TPS Varna - dynamic compensator, SCADA, disconnectors and transformers 27.5/0.22kV TPS Razgrad - 25kV equipment, 110kV equipment, dynamic compensator, return and supply feeders, disconnectors and transformers 27.5/0.22kV TPS Ruse - 25kV equipment, 110kV equipment and SCADA 4. Organization and management 5. Assessment of compliance with the essential requirements to investment designs and construction supervision under the SDA 6. The starting date of the project is 01.01.2024, the first date after date of expiration of the eligibility of expenditures under OPTTI 2014-2020. The final date of the project is t - 30.06.2027. The total implementation period is 42 months.
