The project proposal includes providing a financial resource for the implementation of the activities related to the publicity of the projects with funding under the 2021-2027 PTC, as well as securing the costs for: - registration; - "Motor Third Party Liability" and "Casco" insurances; - vignette stickers; - annual technical inspection; - annual motor tax; - door branding; - technical service. The need to purchase the vehicle is determined by the Beneficiary's obligation to fulfill its obligations in accordance with the requirements regarding visibility, transparency and communication in accordance with the conditions and requirements defined in Chapter III "Visibility, Transparency and Communication" and Annex IX of the Regulation ( EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The delivery of the car will contribute to the fulfillment of the logistical needs of the SE NRIC, respectively the SDIP Directorate at: • organizing "ground breaking" and "ribbon cutting" ceremonies, respectively, at the start and completion of each of the projects (applies to investment projects); • organization of informational events/visits to the site, with the aim of familiarizing the public - municipal administrations in the region where the modernization is being carried out, the local population, professional organizations, etc. showing interest, with the progress of the project, with the participation of representatives of the MA and the EC (if interested). • organization of informational events, presentation of the project (for technical assistance projects), with the aim of popularizing the implementation of the project, with a view to increasing public confidence in its implementation and increasing the degree of awareness of the target groups; • monitoring of the implementation and reporting of the visibility, transparency and communication measures of the PTC projects, through on-site inspections.
