Creating conditions for an adaptive, healthy and safety work environment.

The project aims to ensure the effective adaptation of the workforce of ECOVAT BULGARIA LTD to the new requirements for a sustainable working environment and a climate-neutral economy. It is focused on improving working conditions and promoting sustainable employment, as well as reducing health risks at the workplace for 33 employees primarily engaged in the repair and construction of electrical facilities and power transmission infrastructure. The implementation of the following activities is planned: 1. Development and implementation of "green" models of labor organization, including training of the target group for the implementation of these models. Preparation of "green" charts for organizing work processes at specific workplaces. An external contractor will be hired to develop sustainable models of labor organization, which include training of employees for the application of these models with the aim of creating adaptive and environmentally considerate work processes that reduce the impact on the environment and improve work efficiency. 2. Provision of social benefits for employees, including the equipment of places for rest, dining, and relaxation, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities for the employees in the company. The activity includes the investment in equipment for creating places for rest, dining, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities - 10 mobile vans. The implementation of the activity guarantees an improvement in working conditions by providing appropriate spaces for rest and hygiene, which contributes to the extension of the professional life of the workers and the sustainability of employment. The project envisages significant improvements in the working environment and the sustainability of employment, thus contributing to healthier and safer working conditions, corresponding to the new challenges of the modern labor market. Ensuring green, effective, and people-centered work practices is key to the company's long-term success.
