The current project was developed in response to the needs of the staff of ZMM Stomana Jsc and is aimed at improving the healthy and safe working environment in the enterprise and introducing green work models. This is a key element in achieving sustainable working conditions for all workers, helping to reduce health risks in the workplace and improving occupational health and safety standards. To realize the goals of the project, the following specific activities will be carried out: Activity 1. Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization according to the specifics of the specific workplaces in the enterprises. Activity 3: provision of PPE for46 workers from the riskiest target groups Activity 4 - provision of collective protective equipment for 3 employees. The project also includes implementation of the mandatory activities for management, visibility, transparency and communication. The project will also be implemented in accordance with the principles of free and fair competition, publicity and transparency, respect for fundamental rights, sustainable development, and environmental protection. The activities will be carried out in compliance with the principles of gender equality, ensuring inclusion in the labour market and non-discrimination. Activities will be carried out avoiding any discrimination based on sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or belief, political or other opinions, property status, origin, disability, age or sexual orientation.
