The project proposal aims to provide comprehensive services to support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Northern regions of Bulgaria, with the objective of enhancing their competitiveness, sustainable development, and economic growth. It directly supports the investment priority “Enhancing sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SMEs, including through productive investments,” with a focus on innovative solutions and integrated measures for business development. A key activity of the project is the establishment of mobile teams of experts and the appointment of coordinators at the central level, who provide targeted and proactive support to enterprises. Training and mentoring programs for enterprise managers further strengthen managerial capacity and create conditions for sustainable development. The project contributes to strengthening the social and economic cohesion in the region. Special emphasis is placed on building a sustainable business environment through the introduction of innovations and best practices that address the needs of local economies and support long-term growth. The project proposal will contribute to achieving the objectives set in procedure BG16RFPR001-1.009, implemented with the financial support of the European Regional Development Fund, namely to create lasting economic and social benefits for the Northern regions of Bulgaria by enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in these areas.
