The company Ingiliz Group EOOD was established in 2009 and is the legal successor of ET "INGILIZ-Gursel Remziev" - a shoe manufacturer in the town of Peshtera since 1996. The company's team already has 25 years of experience as a manufacturer of women's shoes and sandals and related products - molds, soles, insoles, shoe accessories, etc. Ingiliz Group EOOD is one of the few shoe manufacturers in the country, which itself produces all the elements necessary for the production cycle of the shoes, including the molds, which are used as a template for the foot when stretching, stretching and shaping the sai (the cut leather elements for shoes). The current project will develop a world-class product innovation that solves major problems in shoe production, namely - an eco-mold with a complex mechanism for multi-product production. The specific project objectives are: - to carry out research, testing and validation of the materials, technology and construction of the innovative product, by using materials and own equipment. - to create and test a pilot series of experimental samples/prototypes, using materials and own equipment. - to reach a level of technological readiness TRL 7 - Prototype demonstrated in an operational environment and the development to reach a level close to readiness for serial production. - to develop a resource-efficient and waste-free innovative product using recycled materials, meeting the principles of the circular economy. The project supports the development of product innovation in the thematic area "Clean technologies, circular and low-carbon economy" of ISIS 2021-2027, which is a priority for the municipality of Peshtera, where the project will be implemented. The implementation of the project activities leads to an increase in the innovation potential of Ingiliz Group EOOD through the development of an innovation representing novelty at the world level.
