The company Ingiliz Group EOOD was established in 2009 and is the legal successor of ET "INGILIZ-Gursel Remziev" - a shoe manufacturer in the town of Peshtera since 1996. The company already has 25 years of experience as a manufacturer of women's shoes and sandals and related products - molds, soles, insoles, shoe accessories, etc. With the present project, an investment will be realized for the implementation of innovation in the production process - digitalization and automation of the assembly process of footwear products. The specific project objectives are: - to effectively implement a software/add-on communicating between the specialized software for digitizing molds and creating cuts and the assembly process of footwear by purchasing a robotic assembly system. - to digitize the transfer of data from the tailoring and construction department to the footwear assembly line by transmitting assembly parameters digitally to a robotic system. - to implement innovation in the processes of product development and business processes accompanying the main activity, as well as in information and communication systems by effectively implementing the innovative add-on in production. - to implement innovation in business processes in the Mechatronics and Microelectronics thematic area of ISIS 2021-2027 by implementing an innovation based on software technology creating a communication network, the specialized software products for molds and cuts and the robotic assembly system. The project goals are defined in response to the needs of Ingiliz Group EOOD for the effective implementation of the innovation, and to achieve them a project activity is foreseen, within which a robotic system for assembling footwear products will be purchased. The implementation of the project activities leads to the realization of a competitive advantage for Ingiliz Group EOOD through the implementation of an innovation representing novelty at the world level.
