MC CLINIC NOVA Varna offers high-quality outpatient medical care with a wide range of medical activities conducted by qualified specialists. The center utilizes modern medical equipment for highly specialized investigations, facilitating timely prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various diseases across more than thirty areas of contemporary medicine. The MC CLINIC NOVA project aims to improve the working environment and health conditions for staff through three key activities. Firstly, the implementation of "green" work organization models, the development of "green" process cards, and training for the integration of these models are planned. Secondly, the project addresses a significant air quality issue in the clinic by acquiring new air conditioners, air purifiers for workspaces, and an air curtains for the clinic entrance. Additionally, ergonomic chairs and tables will be purchased to prevent health issues for staff in prolonged sitting positions. The third activity involves construction and installation work to replace the old windows with new ones, providing better insulation and soundproofing while allowing for natural ventilation by opening the windows. The application of antibacterial paint will further protect workspaces from mold and bacteria development. The project caters to the needs and issues of a target group comprising a total of 86 employees currently engaged in MEDICAL CENTER - CLINIC NOVA Ltd. The initiative reflects the company's commitment to creating a sustainable environment for its employees and improving the health, safety, and comfort of the workplace.
