With this project proposal, the applicant enterprise Medical Center - Clinic Nova Ltd. aims to introduce a product innovation to the market - a medical service for imaging diagnostics - through the integration of a multimodal approach to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diagnostic procedures. The project falls within the thematic area of "Informatics and ICT" of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2021-2027, specifically in the sub-area of ICT-based services and systems in medicine, with the planned service being a novelty at the national level and based on a proprietary utility model related to an ICT-based system for multimodal imaging diagnostics. Based on the utility model, an additional business process aimed at administration and management will also be implemented. The project includes activities for the acquisition of long-term tangible and intangible assets, including specialized medical equipment for imaging diagnostics - magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and digital fluoroscopy X-ray - and a PACS system for the storage and distribution of diagnostic images, including specialized software, a server, and a workstation, through which the innovative imaging diagnostic service will be implemented. The project will be realized through the creation of a new economic entity in the city of Varna, from where the innovative medical service will be administered. The market applicability of the innovation is determined by the fact that it improves the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of the diagnostic process, while also ensuring high data security and enhancing collaboration among medical professionals, which suggests its easy entry into the market of ICT-based medical services and its positioning in the segment for high-efficiency and precision imaging diagnostics.
