The project will be implemented within the frame of operation, and it is of strategic importance. It aims to develop the potential of the students with the purpose of permanent inclusion in school education and improvement of their educational results. The project will provide additional training for students who have systematic gaps in each subject, educational difficulties, gaps in the learning process. There are consultations planned in the projects on academic subjects and will be available for all students who do not achieve the expected results, with the aim of permanent inclusion in the education system of students from vulnerable groups, increasing their interests, attitudes and motivation for professional development, formation of skills for planning study and personal time, as well as planning career development, solving internal and external conflicts related to opportunities for educational, professional and personal fulfillment. The stimulation of creative expression and the evolution of students' motivation for learning, including by developing competences for sustainable development, etc., will be supported by extra-curricular activities. The planned measures are aimed at additional support for the personal development of students with special educational needs, at risk, with chronic diseases and gifted children for permanent inclusion in school education by supporting additional pedagogical specialists(PS) and non-pedagogical staff (NPS), psychologists, speech therapists, resource teachers, teacher assistants, educational mediators, social workers(SW) and etc. Improving the educational environment and developing key competencies in order to prepare for an independent life and personal fulfillment. The project activities aim to increase the capacity of PS, NPS, incl. educational mediators, SW, teacher's assistants for providing general and additional support for personal development and supporting students from vulnerable groups and their parents.
