This Project aims to improve the connection between higher education and the labor market needs, in line with the priority areas and goals for the development of higher education outlined in the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2021-2030. By providing additional practical training and education in a real work environment, the project will offer graduates better opportunities for successful labor market integration. Eligible partners include all higher education institutions established under the Higher Education Act and accredited at the time of signing the partnership declaration. The project continues the higher education policy aimed at linking education with business, which began under the OP HRD 2007-2013 with the "Student Internships" project, providing ongoing support for additional practical training for students. In addition to enabling students to practice their profession in a real work setting, the project will facilitate direct dialogue between education and business, bridging theory and practice, and achieving alignment between the supply and demand for higher education specialists. Project activities will create opportunities for introducing dual education in higher education, enhancing students' entrepreneurial skills, improving educators' skills for working with European projects, implementing mechanisms for validating prior learning outcomes, and enhancing the skills of career consultants to track graduates
