High-quality early childhood education and care (ECEC) holds enormous potential for children, families and society as a whole, laying the foundation for the success of future generations. The project will be implemented within the framework of an operation of strategic importance and foresees the development of the potential of preschool children through support for their personal development with a view to more successful social realization. The activities are aimed at: 1) conducting trainings for pedagogical and non-pedagogical specialists, which will significantly contribute to improving the processes of interaction with children, will support the creation of an inclusive environment and increase the effectiveness of teamwork; 2) intensive work (including training) with parents from vulnerable groups, which will affect, on the one hand, the smooth adaptation of the child to the new environment, and, on the other hand, will build a positive attitude in the community to the benefits. of early childhood education and education in general; 3) provision of additional support for the personal development of children with SEN, at risk, with chronic diseases and outstanding gifts; 4) provision of general support for personal development in the form of trainings, interest-based activities, etc. The implementation of this project will contribute to the achievement of the quality vision of ECEC: High-quality ECEC in Bulgaria supports well-being and social, emotional, cognitive, mental and physical development of children. It is based on effective partnerships with families and is available and equally accessible for all children from birth to primary school age. Each child in Bulgaria is entitled to high-quality early childhood education and care, which includes preparation for the transition to primary school. The activities will build on the measures to implement the European Child Guarantee, as well as the implementation of the National Quality Framework of ECEC.
