Commitments concerning implementation of activities related to programming, management, monitoring, evaluations and control of the PE 2021-2027, closure of the OPE 2014-2020 and preparation of the programme after 2027 presuppose that evaluations, analyses, studies will be carried out, statements, reports, strategies, plans, methodologies, guidelines will be elaborated and data collection, environmental assessments in accordance with the evironmental legislation will be prepared and other expert and strategic documents in accordance with the principle of good financial management and EU reulation and national legislation. The financial plan for a budget line is developed in accordance with 13.4. Activities relatd to evaluations, performance of analyses, studies of the prepration and implementation of the prgroms for environment in the current, previous and/or next programming period from the application conditions under this procedure. The development of various expert, strategic and analytical related to the programs for environment in the three programming periods determines the possibilities to undertake well- founded management decisions based on a comprehensive review of the necessary information concerning implementation of the sectoral programs. The evaluation related to PE 2021-2027 envisaged in the Evaluation plan of PE 2021-2027 may address one or more of the following criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value in order to improve the quality of program design and implementation. The budget line consists of the implementation of following activities: 1. Carrying out evaluations of PE 2021-2027 pursuant to the Evaluation Plan of PE 2021-2027; 2. Elaboration of expert and strategic documents in the scope of prepration, implementation and control of the programs for environment in the current, previous and/or next programming period; 3. Elaboration of environmental evaluations 4. Implementation of visibility measures.
