The project is connected with the provision of specialized legal services for the Managing Authority of Programme "Development of Regions " 2021-2027 and Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020. The project includes implementation of: 1. Support of PRD Managing Authority in exante control and administering alerts on irregularities - preparation of draft reports. 2.Support the Managing Authority of OPRD through specialized legal assistance performed by providing written legal consultation, analysis and standpoints related to national legislation and EU law in the implementation of the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020.
