The project proposal of "MBAL - Nikopol" EOOD is aimed at implementing the European policy for turning Europe into a climate-neutral continent, according to the Green Pact, the related changes to business processes and the need to adapt workplaces and company culture. The target group of the project will cover 31 employees working in the medical facility. The adaptation of workplaces in "MBAL - Nikopol" EOOD will be achieved by the implementation of the following activities provided for in the project: 1. Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization according to the specifics of the specific jobs at MBAL Nikopol EOOD. Preparation of "green" maps for the organization of work processes at the specific workplaces. Training of persons from the target group aimed at implementing "green" models of work organization; 2. Purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE) and special work clothing; 3. Provision of collective protective equipment; 4. Provision of social benefits; 5. Project management. The creation of comfortable and environmentally friendly conditions at the workplace with the implementation of the project will contribute to protecting the health of employees, reducing the environmental impact of the activity, forming and confirming "green" work models, as well as a sustainable, shared, communicated and responsible company culture.
