The current project proposal aims to improve the working environment at Multitest OOD, by providing a healthy and well-adjusted working environment that takes health risks into account, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs. The project includes the development and implementation of "green" models of work organization in accordance with the specifics of workplaces in enterprises, the preparation of "green" maps for the organization of work processes at specific workplaces and training of individuals from the target group aimed at implementing "green "work organization models. Within the project, means for collective protection of personnel from dangerous radioactive ionizing radiation will be purchased to improve working conditions and the safety of the technological process at work, as well as personal protective equipment for employees. With the implementation of the project, the identified needs and problems of the target group will be solved. The planned activities will contribute to improving the healthy and safe working environment in the enterprise, which is a key element in achieving sustainable working conditions for all workers, helping to reduce health risks in the workplace and improving health and safety standards at work. Through the implementation of the project, we will contribute to the implementation of specific objective 4: "Promoting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to changes, active living for older people and healthy aging, as well as a healthy and well-adapted work environment that takes into account health risks', Priority 1 'Promoting employment and skills development' of the Human Resources Development Program 2021 - 2027.
