The multi-family residential building located on 1 "Lyuben Karavelov" str., city of Stara Zagora is a private property and was designed, built and put into service at the beginning of 1970. It consists of two entrances that form a common residential section of an underground floor, one basic floor, twelve residential floors and one ceiling floor. The building has 120 apartments. The owners’ association, as a final beneficiary of the procedure, was created with 96.121 % share of the building. The planned project activities are: 1. Organization activity on the project execution–management, organization and conduct of public procurement, implementation of publicity and accountability measures on the project; 2. Elaboration of an investment project to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located on 1 "Lyuben Karavelov" str. and exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of the construction works; 3.Construction works to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located on 1 "Lyuben Karavelov" str., city of Stara Zagora; 4. Preparation of a detailed report to assess the coherence of the project documents with the main requirements to the construction sites in “Project design" phase and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the construction works to introduce energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located on 1 "Lyuben Karavelov" str.; 5. Execution of energy efficiency investigation and issuing of certificate for energy characteristics of buildings in service, investigations to establish technical characteristics of buildings, technical passport and a survey for the presence or absence of protected species of animals of a multi-family residential building located on 1 "Lyuben Karavelov" str.; 6. Acquisition of the necessary documents for permit required by the national legislation, including related fees due to the competent bodies
