The multi-family residential building located in 17 “Kazanski” district, city of Stara Zagora is a private property. The building was put into service in 1973. It consists of 4 sections with four residential entrances 0, A, B and V. The object has nine above-ground and one semi-underground (basement) floors. The building houses 133 apartments and garages. The owners’ association, as a final beneficiary of the procedure, was created with 98.068% share of the building. The planned project activities are: 1. Organization activity on the project execution–management, organization and conduct of public procurement, implementation of publicity and accountability measures on the project; 2. Elaboration of an investment project to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located in 17 “Kazanski” district and exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of the construction works; 3.Construction works to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located in 17 “Kazanski” district, city of Stara Zagora; 4. Preparation of a detailed report to assess the coherence of the project documents with the main requirements to the construction sites in “Project design" phase and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the construction works to introduce energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building located in 17 “Kazanski” district; 5. Execution of energy efficiency investigation and issuing of certificate for energy characteristics of buildings in service, investigations to establish technical characteristics of buildings, technical passport and a survey for the presence or absence of protected species of animals of a multi-family residential building located in 17 “Kazanski” district; 6. Acquisition of the necessary documents for permit required by the national legislation, including related fees due to the competent bodies
