The building was designed in 1983 and put into service in 1985. It consists of seven blocks-sections with eight floors and one semi-underground floor. The building has 145 apartments. The owners' association as a final beneficiary of the project was created with 98.749 % share of the building. The planned activities are: 1. Organizational activity on the project execution: management, organization and conducting public procurement, implementation of publicity and accountability measures to the project. 2. Elaboration of an investment project to execute energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential building located on 2 "Parchevich" str., entrance "0", "A", "B", "V", "G", "D", "E", city of Stara Zagora and exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction works. 3. Construction works to execute energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential building located on 2 "Parchevich" str., city of Stara Zagora. 4. Preparation of a detailed report to assess the accordance of the project documents with the main requirements to the construction sites in "Work project" phase and exercise of construction supervision during the construction works to introduce energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential building located on 2 "Parchevich" str., entrance 0,A,B,V,G,D,E. 5. Execution of energy efficiency investigation and issuing of a certificate for energy characteristics of buildings in service, investigation to establish the technical characteristics of the building,technical passport of the building located on 2 "Parchevich" str.,city of Stara Zagora. 6.. Acquisition of the necessary documents for permit required by national legislation,including related fees due to the competent authorities.
