The multi-family residential building located on Samara district No. 10, city of Stara Zagora is a private property put into service in 1980. The building has 16 floors. The owners’ association, being a final beneficiary of the procedure, was created with 99,43 % share of the building. The planned activities are: 1. Organization activity on the project execution – management, organization and conduct of public procurement, implementation of publicity and accountability measures of the project; 2. Elaboration of an investment project to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on Samara district No. 10 and exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of construction works; 3. Construction works to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on Samara district No. 10, city of Stara Zagora; 4. Preparation of a detailed report to assess the accordance of the project documents with the main requirements to the construction sites in “ Project design” phase and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction works to introduce energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on Samara district No. 10; 5. Execution of an energy efficiency investigation and issuing of a certificate for energy characteristics of buildings in service, investigation to establish technical characteristics of buildings, technical passport of a multi-family residential building on Samara district No. 10, city of Stara Zagora; 6. Acquisition of the necessary documents for permit required by national legislation, including related fees due to the competent bodies
