The multi-family residential building located on 3 Ivan Vazov Street, city of Stara Zagora is a private property designed, was put into service in 1968. It consists of five entrances (sections), It contains 120 apartments. The owners’ association, as a final beneficiary of the procedure, was created with 100 % share of the building. The planned project activities are: 1. Organization activity on the project execution – management, organization and conduct of public procurement, implementation of publicity and accountability measures on the project; 2. Elaboration of an investment project to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on 3 Ivan Vazov Street str. and exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of the construction works; 3. Construction works to execute energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on 3 Ivan Vazov Street 4. Preparation of a detailed report to assess the coherence of the project documents with the main requirements to the construction sites in “Project design” phase and exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the construction works to introduce energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building on 3 Ivan Vazov Street.; 5. Execution of energy efficiency investigation and issuing of certificate for energy characteristics of buildings in service, investigations to establish technical characteristics of buildings, technical passport of a multi-family residential building on 3 Ivan Vazov Street., city of Stara Zagora; 6. Acquisition of the necessary documents for permit required by the national legislation, including related fees due to the competent bodies
