The current project proposal will improve equal and timely access to quality and sustainable services for children from vulnerable families and their parents. The services that will be provided under the project aim to improve the living conditions of the children of Borovan Municipality by providing services aimed at health care, social protection, education, etc. The project proposal includes interventions that will be implemented both on the ground and will be of an individual nature, as well as in suitable premises for group work provided for the purpose. The project will form a team of two educational mediators and an expert who will map vulnerable families and direct them to the most appropriate services. In addition, a team of experts will provide appropriate individual and group counseling, depending on identified needs. Training and supervision will be provided to those working on the project. The training program will be tailored to both the training needs of the employees and the necessary competencies to provide services for children and families in vulnerable situations. An opportunity to conduct team and individual supervisions will be provided.
