The project proposal is focused on the implementation of integrated measures with a view to the implementation of the powers of the Municipality of Borovan, related to the implementation of its responsibilities under the order of ZLP/USSR and ZSU. In correspondence with the purpose of the Procedure, the transition to the new mechanisms in the sphere of local level. The activities of the project are related to the fulfillment of the obligations and responsibilities of the Municipality under the ZLP/ZHU, as well as under the ZSU in the part related to the referral by the municipalities for the use of social services. The implementation of the project will cover 14 persons from the target groups and will contribute to the smooth introduction of reforms in the field of social services and personal assistance and will accelerate the provision of more effective, efficient and quality care to persons from the most vulnerable groups of our population. For this purpose, a complex of interrelated measures will be implemented, including: creation of a front office, including - delivery of equipment and furniture; hiring, training and supervision of the personnel for the implementation of the measures under ZLP, USSR and ZSU at the municipal level; conducting explanatory information campaigns for the provision of personal assistance, social and integrated health and social services, as well as awareness of the society at the local level regarding the possibilities for solving the problems related to the lack of accessibility for the disabled. The target group of the project are employees from institutions/organizations/administrations involved in policies in the social sphere; employees of providers of social and integrated health-social services. By implementing the measures and activities of the project, it will provide the necessary support and conditions for increasing the capacity and expertise of the Municipality of Borovan .
