The project aims to implement integrated interventions that change the overall structure of the territory of several locations, implementing the integrated connection between the urban part, the coast and the lakes, creating conditions for a better living environment and the development of the local potential on the territory of the city of Burgas. Investments are envisaged related to the energy renovation of public buildings of sports and education and the renovation of adjacent spaces on the territory of the residential complex Zornitsa and Izgrev; reconstruction of street sections and offering more parking spaces, expansion of the network of bicycle lanes, separation of pedestrian and green spaces to achieve an integrated green system connecting Zornitsa with the coastal parts, separation of spatial and functional connection with the existing Ezero Park, Atanasovsko Lake and the Black Sea coast with the newly designed park in Zornitsa district. Sarafovo.
