The project proposal envisages improving the energy performance of 4 residential buildings from the residential building stock of the city of Vidin by implementing sustainable integrated high-efficiency energy measures and renewing the appearance of the urban environment. The intervention sites are multi-family residential buildings located at 33 Ilyo Voivoda Street, 1 Lajos Kossuth Street, Bononia Residential Complex, Block 31G and Hristo Botev Residential Complex, Block 9, in the city of Vidin. Owners' Associations have been established for the four residential buildings, which are partners in this proposal. The project proposal covers a combination of several types of activities that are interconnected, complementary, logically grouped and contribute to the renovation of the residential building stock and the surrounding area, namely: - introduction of energy-saving measures from the selected package of energy-saving measures specified in the Energy Efficiency Survey Reports; - implementation of measures prescribed in the Technical Surveys and Technical Passports of the buildings; - ensuring an accessible environment for people with disabilities; - improvement of the surrounding spaces around the buildings; - construction/renovation of public recreation areas and green areas, including physical elements of the urban environment and green infrastructure for inter-block spaces
