The project aims to build awareness of the European Cohesion Policy, to promote funding opportunities and the results of projects co-funded by the ESIF in Gabrovo district. Target groups: OIC staff; applicants and beneficiaries of programmes co-financed by the ESIF; MAs and intermediate bodies of programmes co-financed by the ESIF and EFSM; general public. Activities: ensuring an effective working environment; creating, promotion and maintenance of a Facebook profile for information about the ESIF and EFSM; participation in coordination meetings to share experiences and lessons learned; one-stop-shop service to provide information to stakeholders about the ESIF funding opportunities under the Partnership Agreement programmes; conducting public information events in face-to-face or remote formats; conducting joint/coordinated initiatives with NAMRB for visibility and communication at local and regional level; jointly presenting the Just Transition Fund opportunities; organizing events to publicize positive results; regularly collecting information regarding the level of beneficiary satisfaction; ensuring transparency on management and control actions taken on whistle-blowing/ irregularities and fraud; dissemination of information and good practices on EU policies European Green Pact, cohesion policy, etc., especially at regional level; development and dissemination of information materials; performing the functions of the OIC as part of the mediation unit and the public consultation unit of the regional development council; other activities. In project realization 3 experts, hired under employment contracts will work in a well provided working environment and a minimum of 72 consultations, mediations, presentations and 300 000 social media/platforms impressions will be conducted.
