With this project proposal, the Municipality of General Toshevo will provide healthy, diverse and nutritious hot lunches, delivered to the homes of 120 consumers who are unable to provide such meals on their own or with the help of their loved ones. The provision of hot lunches will be complemented by individually oriented accompanying support measures, corresponding to the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups. When implementing the project proposal, the horizontal principles will be observed: respect for the fundamental rights of citizens; Equal opportunities and non-discrimination; Gender equality; Sustainable development and environmental protection; Respect for the dignity and prevention of stigmatization of the most needy. The project activities are planned to be implemented from December 1, 2022 to January 31, 2026, through Home Social Patronage as a local activity.
