This project proposal includes activities that are interconnected and serve to achieve the goals of the Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality concept and the specific objectives and priorities of the ITSR for SCR. It directly addresses the needs of the targeted territory, specifically the development of the Northern and Eastern industrial zones of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The project includes the following activities: Construction of the "Ryahovets" Industrial Park; Construction of Hristo Botev St.; Construction of the "Northern Bypass Road" and connection with Road III-5003; Reconstruction of a section of Road III-5003; Reconstruction of St. Knyaz Boris I St. (part of Road III-514); Reconstruction of Nikola Petrov Park; Reconstruction of streets in the Eastern and Northern industrial zones: Macedonia Blvd, Mosko Gruncharov St. and Anton Strashimirov St.; Modernization of the educational environment at the PGHT "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" and the purchase of a school bus. These activities aim to support economic development, territorial cohesion, the development of the educational environment and environmental protection. With the implementation of the objects "Reconstruction of the street: St. Knyaz Boris I / part of road III 514/ from the intersection of "19 Februari" st. with "St. Knyaz Boris I" st. (km. 42+642 ) to the connection of road III – 514 with the Northern bypass road of Gorna Oryahovitsa (km. 37+790) with a length of 4,852 km. and "Reconstruction of a section of road III – 5003 with a length of 3 km. /From km. 0+000 to km. 3+000/ From the connection of the northern bypass with road III –5003 (km. 3+000) to the connection with road I-5 at km. 89+2 (Polikraishte) will ensure safe transport connectivity with the future eastern bypass of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
