From 2016 to the present, Dobrich Municipality has successfully provided integrated social, health and educational services, supporting children and families from risk groups, under the Project "For an equal chance for children", financed under the Program for Human Development resources procedure "Early childhood development services". The services have proven over time their exceptional benefits in supporting the target groups and improving their quality of life. As of 30.11.2022, 2050 children and their families used the services provided at the "Community Center for Children and Families." /CCCF/.By implementing the present project proposal, we will support and upgrade the activity of the successfully provided integrated health and social services for early childhood development, in the context of Specific objectives 2 and 3 Priority 2 of the "HRs Development" Program 2021-2027. The services that the municipality will develop are: OBJECTIVE-2 1. Health prevention and prevention of diseases in children, measures for awareness of citizens' health care and access to health care and immunization calendar, programs for early marriages and births, family planning. OBJECTIVE-3 1. Services for early child development - formation of parenting skills; family counseling and support, including regarding health aspects; early intervention of children with disabilities and developmental difficulties. 2. Provision of patronage care for children aged 0-3 years. 3. Building training, including supervision of employees in connection with early childhood development services, for early intervention of disabilities for children, for an integrated approach and complexity of support. By providing integrated services, support will be provided to children at risk and their families, to improve access to health care, form parenting skills, improve the family environment, as well as prevent placement of children in specialized institutions. Services will be provided at the CCCF.
