The project will support the Municipality in the realization of integrated measures in the realization of its powers,related to its responsibilities under the order of SSA,in the part related to the referral by the municipalities for the use of SS,PDA and PAA.Through the strengthening of the municipal capacity in the sphere,the processes of reforming the system of social services /ss/will be supported and the transition to the new mechanisms at the local level /ll/will be facilitated.The project will cover 43 persons from the target groups and will contribute to a smooth and trouble-free introduction of the reforms in the field of ss and personal assistance/pa/and will speed up the provision of effective and quality care to persons from the most vulnerable groups of our population. A complex of measures will be implemented: creation of a front office,including supply of equipment and furnishings;hiring, training and supervision of the personnel for the realization of the measures under PAA,PDA and SSA,in the part related to the referral by the municipalities for the use of SS at the ll;analyzes and surveys by ss;planning and analyzing the provision of social and integrated-social health services,including the development of quality programs;ensuring the mechanism of cooperation and monitoring of ss through advice on ss issues;carrying out explanatory and informational campaigns for the provision of pa,social and integrated health and ss,as well as informing the society at the ll about the possibilities of resolution of the problems related to the lack of accessibility for people with disabilities.The project will provide support and conditions for increasing the capacity in the field of the social sphere of the Municipality to fulfill its powers and obligations for the realization of the PAA,PDA and SSA in the part related to the referral by the municipalities for the use of SS and will lead to an increase in the efficiency and quality of the provided SS.
