In accordance with the objectives of the procedure and in fulfillment of the purpose of the project proposal, it is planned to develop the following strategic documents: 1. Development plan for the CPNA - Dobrich, incl. preliminary and volume-structural studies to determine the location of an object, proving its legal admissibility and the expediency of the investment idea with a period of 10 years. 2. A collection plan, including a propagation plan with a period of 5 to 10 years. 3. Plan for conservation activities with a period of action of 10 years. 4. Plan-schedule for the implementation of the activities for the development of the CPNA - Dobrich (short-term and long-term), with responsible persons, deadlines and indicative budgets regarding the short-term activities (3 to 5 years). 5. Technical assignment for the preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase for the rehabilitation and modernization of the CPNA - Dobrich. In order to ensure the maximum quality and on time implementation and reporting of the planned project activities and the achievement of the set indicators, activities for organization and management, visibility, transparency and communication and preparation of documentation for awarding and conducting public procurement by employees of the Municipality will be carried out city of Dobrich, with qualifications and experience in the management, implementation and reporting of projects, assisted by 3 external experts, given the specifics of the project and the documents planned for preparation. In response to the visibility requirements of EU support, visibility, transparency and communication activities will be implemented in accordance with the conditions and requirements described in Title IV, Chapter III Visibility, Transparency and Communication of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.
