This project proposal aims to create conditions for sustainable development of the region through investments in educational, social, tourist, and road infrastructure. The project proposal includes the following activities: Activity: Introduction of energy efficiency measures and renovation (reconstruction and reconstruction) of a municipally owned building of a former inter-school center in the "House of Arts", including measures for green infrastructure of adjacent areas and ensuring accessibility, Dimitrovgrad Activity: Investments in municipal roads to improve connectivity, social inclusion and economic development in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad and the region Activity: Improving the condition of green infrastructure, elements of the urban environment and inter-block spaces in the city of Dimitrovgrad Activity: Improving the educational infrastructure in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad Activity: Improving the provision of health services in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad Activity: Development and improvement of social infrastructure in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad Activity: Preservation and development of local landmarks and attractions on the territory of the municipality of Dimitrovgrad.
