The following needs will be addressed: organized social services corresponding to the growing local demand, medical and rehabilitation services aimed at persons with disabilities and elderly people dependent on care in the municipality of Dolni Chiflik; multiplying good practices and establishing a culture of consumption of social services. 106 persons from the target groups will be included: - adults unable to care for themselves - Disabled The general goal is to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities and elderly people dependent on care in the municipality of Dolni chiflik, giving them the right to choice, independence and dignity, by providing support in a home environment. A specific goal is to expand the possibilities for providing a variety of hourly social and integrated health and social services in a home environment, incl. and in the context of pandemic situations, oriented towards the prevention of loneliness and isolation, adapted to the basic needs of users to be independent and remain in their usual environment.
