Within the framework of the project "Home Care for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly in the Municipality of Kazanlak", will be provided support in a home environment to elderly persons unable to care for themselves and persons with disabilities living on the territory of the Municipality of Kazanlak, providing them with hourly social and integrated health and social services. The aim of the project is social inclusion by improving access to integrated social services, as well as ensuring adequate social protection and basic services for all. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life and opportunities for social inclusion of the persons from the target group, providing a package of activities/services at their homes by qualified specialists. In this way, needy people with diverse and dynamic needs in their daily lives will be supported. Within the current project, integrated services will be provided to 180 users, and for each one the service will be directed to individual leading needs in activities in which the persons encounter difficulty and need support. For the implementation of the project, will be appointed staff to organize and manage the service, home care specialists, support staff, consultants and trainers. Materials and consumables, equipment to provide the integrated service itself will be provided. With this project proposal, the Municipality of Kazanlak will build on the implemented activities and achieved results under the project "Patronage Care in the Municipality of Kazanlak" - Component 2 and Component 3, as well as the project "Patronage Care + in the Municipality of Kazanlak".
