Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at 1 Hinata Str., Kazanlak

The project envisages the implementation of a package of activities to increase the energy efficiency, safety and accessibility of a multi-family residential building in the town of Kazanlak, 1 "Hinata" Str. The building has a total of 87 separate dwellings with 126 people living in it. It was put into operation in 1983. Within the framework of the project, three audits of the building are being implemented - for EE, technical audit and audit for the presence of protected species. At the start of the project, the building corresponds to class "E" of energy consumption. The energy efficiency audit defines a package of energy-saving measures to reach class "A" of energy consumption. The package of measures for EE includes laying thermal insulation of walls, roof and floor, replacement of window frames, lighting measures, construction of an installation for energy from renewable sources. Accompanying construction activities will be carried out in the building to ensure the sustainability of the energy-saving measures and the final appearance of the building. Construction activities prescribed in the Technical passport will also be organized and carried out to bring the building into compliance with various safety and accessibility requirements. All necessary construction activities will be designed within the project. The prepared Investment Project will be coordinated and approved. The designed and approved construction activities in full will be carried out under author and construction supervision. The building will be accepted and put into operation. The project will be implemented effectively and efficiently by a specific team in compliance with the requirements of the financing program, the current legislation, including in the field of public procurement, to achieve the planned indicators and the set results within the schedule and budget. During the implementation of the project, measures for visibility, transparency and communication will be implemented.
