The project proposal is aimed at providing support for strengthening the capacity of employees involved in the implementation of their powers under the Law on Persons with Disabilities, the Law on Personal Assistance and the Law on Social Services, in the part related to the referral by municipalities for the use of social services services with the aim of providing more effective, efficient and quality care to persons from the most vulnerable population groups of the municipality of Kirkovo. Guaranteeing equal access to social services meeting the individual needs of individuals, as well as the right of each person to support for living in a home environment and in the community and promoting an integrated approach in providing support to individuals. The Municipality of Kirkovo is a provider of the social services "Personal Assistance" and "Assistant Support" under the Law on Social Services and the Law on Personal Assistance. In connection with strengthening the capacity of the employees involved in the social services of the municipality of Kirkovo, the project envisages hiring, training and supervision of the personnel necessary to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the municipalities under PAA/DPA, as well as under SSA in the part, related to referral by municipalities for use of social services. The project will employ two new employees for a period of 21 months. A total of 11 persons will be included in the training and supervision activities - 2 newly appointed persons and 9 employees of the municipality of Kirkovo, engaged in the field of social policy.
