The project proposal is aimed at developing quality documents for the subsequent financing of an investment project for the repair/reconstruction of The Zoo"Gergana", Knezha, in order to implement conservation measures with a priority for endangered/protected local species. It is planned to develop: - Development plan for The Zoo "Gergana", including preliminary and structural studies to determine the location of the object, proof of its legal admissibility and the appropriateness of the investment idea; - Collection plan, including breeding plan; - Plan for conservation activities; - Timetable plan for the implementation of the activities for the development of the zoo in the presence of funding - in the short-term and long-term - with responsible persons, deadlines and indicative budgets in relation to the short-term activities (3 to 5 years); - Terms of reference for the preparation of an investment project in the "technical project" phase or in the "ideal project" phase for the identified construction activities. "Gergana" Zoo is licensed as a zoo, and the issued license has certain conditions that the zoo must fulfill until its validity expires. Part of the conditions are related to reconstructions of cages and facilities to improve the habitat of the cultivated species, which require the availability of financial resources. The current project proposal is the first step towards fulfilling the set conditions.
