The project proposal covers a complex of measures aimed at providing social and integrated health and social services, including in a home environment, as well as other types of advisory support with the aim of preventing the risks of child abandonment, reducing negative trends related to child poverty, as well as improving the quality of life of at least 100 children in need and their families. Within the scope of Specific Objective 2 "Promoting the socio-economic ......", the following activities will be carried out: - Health prophylaxis and prevention, awareness of citizens' health care and access to health care; - Prevention programs in the most vulnerable and marginalized communities such as programs for the prevention of early marriages and births, family planning, preparation for inclusion in the educational system and others according to identified needs; - Measures to increase the health culture regarding the prevention of diseases in children. In fulfilment of specific objective 3 "Improving equal and timely access to quality and sustainable services..." emphasis will be placed on the provision of the following services for the target groups: - Early childhood development services, incl. formation of parenting skills, family counselling and support, early intervention for children with disabilities and developmental difficulties; - Integrated health and social services for children and youth until the completion of secondary education, incl. disabled and in need of constant medical care; - Provision of preventive and supportive services in the community for children and youth until the completion of secondary education, through information and counselling, support for the acquisition of social and work skills, preparation for the labour market, etc. Through the implementation of the planned activities for children in need and their families, equal and timely access to services will be ensured in order to improve the quality of their lives.
