The current project is focused on the implementation of integrated measures with a view to the implementation of the powers of the Municipality of Krivodol, related to the implementation of its responsibilities under the order of the Social Services Act (SSA), Persons with Disabilities Act (PDA) and Personal Assistance Act (PAA). In accordance with the purpose of the procedure, by strengthening the municipal capacity in the field, the processes of reforming the system of social services will be supported and the transition to the new mechanisms at the local level will be facilitated. The implementation of the project will cover a minimum of 5 p. from the target group and will contribute to the smooth introduction of reforms in the field of social services and personal assistance and will accelerate the provision of more effective, efficient and quality care to persons from the most vulnerable groups of our population . For this purpose, a complex of interconnected will be realized measures, including the creation of a front-office and the hiring, supervision and training of personnel for the implementation of the measures under SSA, PDA and PAA of municipal level. The municipality has an obligation to organize and lead the activities of the provision of services, as well as being responsible for compliance with the quality standards of social services on the territory of the municipality, which are financed with funds from the state and municipal budgets, conducts guidance and carries out control and monitoring. The implementation of the complex of measures and activities under the project will provide the necessary support and conditions for increasing the capacity and expertise of the Municipality of Krivodol to exercise the powers and obligations of the local government related to the implementation of the SSA, PDA and PAA and will lead to an increase in the efficiency and the quality of services provided in the community for local vulnerable groups.
