The project meets the need to create multicultural dialog on the territories of Pazardzhik and Panagurishte. Target groups: Children and students whose mother tongue is not Bulgarian-396 Children and students with Bulgarian as their mother tongue-345 Parents whose mother tongue is not Bulgarian-241 Parents whose mother tongue is Bulgarian-159 Teaching and non-teaching staff-104 THE MAIN GOAL of the project proposal is to promote the formation of a positive multicultural community on the territory of the municipalitys of Pazardzhik and Panagyurishte Specific goals: 1 To promote communication and interaction for learning in a multicultural environment of children and students from the 5 educational institutions segregated by "mother tongue", 3 of which with vulnerable groups 2 To upgrade the skills of [non]-pedagogical specialists and educational mediators to develop and apply competences for democratic culture within the framework of intercultural education in a multicultural environment 3 To encourage the creation and development of effective multicultural communities of parents between and within the 5 segregated educational institutions 4 To support the formation of an effective multicultural community in the municipality of Pazardzhik and Panagyurishte and the 5 educational institutions. Expected results: - Improved intercultural communication for learning in a multicultural educational environment; - Created effective multicultural communities; - Improved skills of teaching and non-teaching staff; - Increased sensitivity to manifestations of discrimination; - Improved educational results of 300 children from vulnerable groups; Activities: 1 Working with children and students to implement intercultural education. 2 ES trainings for acquiring, developing and applying competences for democratic culture and intercultural education in a multicultural environment. 3 Building community of active parents 4 Information campaign.
