The project "Care at home in Pazardzhik Municipality" will be implemented by the Directorate of "Social Services and Healthcare" in Pazardzhik Municipality and will start, along with the provision of services, on the first date, as soon as the contract is signed. With the implementation of the project proposal "Care at home in Pazardzhik Municipality", the quality of life and social inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly will increase, through the direct provision of a grant that will finance Activity 1 and includes: Provision of hourly integrated health and social services, and psychological support in the user's home. Delivery of food and essential products. Health prevention and prophylaxis. Training of employees providing the services. Provision of transport. There are two target groups as follows: The first target group includes: People over 18 years of age with a valid expert decision from the Labor and Expert Medical Commission / the National Expert Medical Commission and elderly people unable to provide self-care. The indicative number of users is 213 people; The second target group includes: People employed by the service provision project are as follows: Domestic helpers- 40, Medical specialists- 2, Social workers- 2, Rehabilitator, Psychologist, and Driver - one each. A car will be rented in relation to the implementation of the activities included in the project. A service management team of 4 /four/ will be appointed. The duration of the project and the services is 23 months. There will be no user fee charged or collected.
