The project proposal includes elaboration of the following planning documents related to the development of the zoo in the town of Pazardzik: 1. Plan for development of the zoo, incl. preliminary and volume-planning-studies to determine the location of an object, proof of its normative desolation and the appropriateness of the investment idea; 2. A collection plan to include a propagation plan; 3. Plan for conservation activities (if applicable); 4. Plan-schedule for the implementation of the activities for the development of the zoo at availability of financing - in the short-term and long-term plan - with responsible persons, deadlines and indicative budgets regarding short-term activities (3 to 5 years); 5. Terms of reference for the preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase or in the "conceptual project" phase for the identified construction activities.
