The present project proposal envisages the modernization and improvement of the conditions in 7 kindergartens on the territory of the Municipality of Pleven and the construction of a new building of the “Valeri Petrov” Primary School in the city of Pleven. The kindergartens in which the planned measures will be implemented are the “Nezabravka” Primary School, the “Edelweiss” Primary School, the “Happy Childhood” Primary School, the “Kokiche” Primary School, the “Zornitsa” Primary School, the “Sun” Primary School and the “Shturche” Primary School. The following measures are planned for implementation: Major repairs and renovation, introduction of energy efficiency measures, construction of extensions for gymnasiums and music halls with service sanitary facilities, park development and landscaping of yard spaces, including play areas, as well as delivery and installation of furniture and equipment in educational institutions and construction of a new building of the “Valeri Petrov” Primary School in the city of Pleven. The implementation of the planned measures will lead to numerous advantages for children, families and the community. A variety of educational activities will be implemented to promote the socio-emotional development of children. Opportunities for creative expression, physical activity and intellectual development will be created. Group activities in the play areas and the physical education and music hall will encourage social interaction, teamwork, communication and empathy. These experiences will help children develop social and emotional skills, build friendships and encourage their sense of belonging.
