The project includes activities to ensure the effective functioning of the RIC - Plovdiv during the period 2024 - 2029, as part of the national network of 27 RICs for popularizing the EU's cohesion policy in Bulgaria, works to increase the visibility and communication of the European cohesion policy, the funding opportunities, the achieved results on projects co-financed by ESIF and EFSU, as well as to increase transparency in the implementation of the programs from the Partnership Agreement. Through their active participation in the mediation units and the public consultation units of the regional development council of the Plovdiv region, the employees of the RIC - Plovdiv support the implementation of the integrated territorial approach. RIC - Plovdiv provides free and comprehensive information on EU funding opportunities and promotes good practices from already implemented projects co-financed by ESIF and EFSU. By achieving the set results and indicators (providing an effective working environment and working conditions for 4 employees of OIC - Plovdiv; organizing and holding 234 informational events, campaigns, public consultations, mediations, etc.) will be achieved high level of awareness of the general public of the Plovdiv region about the European cohesion policy, current and upcoming funding opportunities, as well as better sharing of the positive results achieved on projects co-financed by ESIF and EFSU. By spreading good practices, RIC - Plovdiv will build broad public trust in the implementation of the programs. Publicity and visualization of the project will be ensured in accordance with the general branding of the network and the Beneficiary's Uniform Handbook for the Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules 2021-2027.
