Subject of the Proposal for the implementation of the investment Energy renov. of family residential building block 3, located in the residential area NOE town of Radomir The building consists of one underground, one semi-underground basement floor and fifteen residential floors. There are 98 resid. units in the building. The building has two entrances, one from the east and one from the west. To access the building, the entrance from the east is mainly used. Total area - 10017.71 m². 1. Main activities - CMR on the implementation of energy efficiency measures, which are prescribed as mandatory for the building in the energy efficiency survey. Package 1 ESM was selected, with activities described in detail in the EC Report and Certificate. SMRs will also be implemented, which arise from regulatory requirements related to the safe operation of buildings and are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building, and those that are legally necessary for putting the building into operation. 2. Accompanying activities - Survey for energy efficiency and EE certification; Survey to establish the techn. characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 (items 1 - 5) and para. 3 of the ZUT and of the technical passport of the building; Preparing a survey for the presence of protected species in the building; Preparation of an investment project and assessment of its compliance according to the Civil Code; Author and construction supervision according to the Civil Code; Commissioning of the object; Organization and management, visibility, transparency and communication.
