Subject of the Proposal for the implementation of the investment Energy renovation of multi-family residential building residential building Garlianitsa, bl. 7, 8 and 9, Radomir. The total number of apartments is 69. Built-up area - 5773 sq.m. The FDI envisages the implementation of the following activities: 1. Main activities - CMR on the implementation of energy efficiency measures, which are prescribed as mandatory for the building in the energy efficiency survey. Package 1 ESM was selected, with activities described in detail in the EC Report and Certificate. SMRs will also be implemented, which arise from regulatory requirements related to the safe operation of buildings and are prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building, and those that are legally necessary for putting the building into operation. 2. Accompanying activities - Survey for energy efficiency and EE certification; Survey to establish the techn. characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 (items 1 - 5) and para. 3 of the ZUT and of the technical passport of the building; Preparing a survey for the presence of protected species in the building; Preparation of an investment project and assessment of its compliance according to the Civil Code; Author and construction supervision according to the Civil Code; Commissioning of the object; Organization and management, visibility, transparency and communication. The purpose of the FDI is energy renovation of the residential building. Expected results: renewed housing infrastructure 5773 sq.m. Reduction of annual consumption of primary non-renewable energy - 481913.70 kWh/year; Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions – 248.25 t/y, Percent saving of primary non-renewable energy consumption – 67.44 %.
