Through the present project proposal, the possibilities for improving the quality of life of the disabled and the elderly from the Municipality of Radomir will be expanded, and their motivation for an independent and independent lifestyle will be expanded.For the purposes of the project, integrated social and health services in a home environment will be developed. In addition to home care, community services will be developed for these individuals, aimed at overcoming loneliness and isolation. For people with chronic diseases and permanent disabilities, specialized medical care will be provided in their homes.The aim of the complex provision of health care and social services is to fully respond to the real needs of those in need and, with the provision of services, to prevent their social exclusion, as well as to guarantee a dignified life in their homes. The project will complement the support to the most vulnerable groups of the population, which are supported within the framework of the Program for Food and Basic Material Assistance. The offered services under the project will be for a period of 22 months, with headquarters in the Municipality of Radomir.
