The project proposal (PP) aims to promote the positive attitude of the representatives of the target groups from the municipalities of Rouen and Sungurlare towards diversity in all areas of human life. The main problems that the PP addresses are: lack of a systematic, complex program for financing intercultural education; lack of an active parent community and the lack of interaction between stakeholders and ed. institutions in the territories of the municipalities of Ruen and Sungurlare. Through the activities outlined in the PP, intercultural communication for learning in a multicultural educational environment will be improved in 6 ed. ins-ns (3 kindergartens and 2 primary schools in the municipality of Ruen, and 1 primary school in the municipality of Sungurlare) with a different concentrations of vulnerable groups. The planned activities will encourage the creation of effective multicultural communities between 6 ed. institutions, 2 municipalities, and 4 community centers. The PP includes 3 ed. inst-ns from group 2; 1 ed. institution from group 4, and 2 ed. inst/s from group 5. Indicators set in the PP are: SOI 1.4 - 369 EECO15 - 738 SOI 1.5 - 52 (37 pedagogical specialists and 15 non-pedagogical staff) IP 1.4.1/2 - 36 IP 1.11.3. - 405 SRI 1.2 - 400 EECR03 - 37 The achievement of the set indicators will be realized through the following activities: A1 - joint activities conducted in 5 thematic clubs in 36 groups for extracurricular activities among 405 children and students whose mother tongue is not Bulgarian, and children and students whose mother tongue is Bulgarian; 15 thematic meetings and discussions held; 16 Eco Festivals in the form of MUD; 10 field classes; 4 ed. excursions A2 - 3 training sessions on democratic culture for 37 PS awarding one qualification credit and for 15 ed. mediators A3 - 15 ed. mediators appointed; training sessions conducted for 405 parents A4 - an information campaign conducted with over 400 participants
